As a local government entity, we have to be good stewards of the limited resources we have.  SIT’s principles and tools have allowed us to rethink the way we look at our resources. That new perspective has allowed us to realize our resources aren’t as limited as we thought they were and we were able to use what we already had to solve problems and improve our processes.  SIT has showed us that innovation isn’t about just about creating new stuff…it’s about using what you already have in new and better ways.
